Shipping policy

Everything we sell is an instant digital download — guides, template packs, and bundles delivered as PDF files. There's nothing to ship, so there are no shipping charges, no carriers, and no waiting on a truck.

How delivery works

The moment your order is confirmed, a download link is emailed to the address you used at checkout. Most arrive within a minute or two, and you can download your files as many times as you need.

Shipping cost

$0. Digital delivery is free on every order, everywhere we sell.

Delivery time

Immediate. There's no handling time, no transit time, and no business-day delay — an order placed at 2am on a Sunday is delivered at 2am on a Sunday.

If your download doesn't arrive

Check your spam or promotions folder first, since automated emails sometimes land there. If it's still missing, email growthguides@farmtotablefrontdesk.com with your order number and we'll resend it. We typically reply within 1–2 business days, and broken or missing download links get fixed regardless of how long ago you ordered.

International orders

Same as everywhere else: instant, free, and delivered by email. Because nothing physically crosses a border, there are no customs fees, duties, or import taxes on our products.
