Our guides, template packs, and bundles are instant digital downloads, so there's nothing to ship back — but we still want you to be happy with what you bought.

14-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
If a guide, pack, or bundle isn't what you expected, email us at growthguides@farmtotablefrontdesk.com within 14 days of your purchase and we'll issue a full refund. You don't need to return anything, and you don't need a detailed reason — though we always appreciate a quick note on what didn't fit, so we can make the guides better.

How to request a refund
Email growthguides@farmtotablefrontdesk.com from the address you used at checkout and include your order number. We typically reply within 1–2 business days. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

After 14 days
Because our products are digital and delivered immediately, purchases made more than 14 days ago are generally not eligible for a refund. That said, if something has gone wrong — a broken download link, the wrong file, or a duplicate charge — reach out any time and we'll make it right regardless of the date.

A note on digital files
Once a download has been delivered, there's no way to confirm a file has been "returned," so refunds are offered in good faith. Repeated refund requests across multiple orders may be declined.
